At Ninepine, we want you to feel confident in your movement. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items with their original tags attached back into the reusable Ninepine mailer or any secure packaging.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
